We collect only what we need to deliver your data eSIM and our services. We do not sell your personal information.

01Who we are

This policy explains how SIMLIT LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("SIMLIT", "we", "us") collects and uses personal information when you use simlit.app, the SIMLIT app, SIMLIT AI and our other services.

02Information we collect

Information you give us

Contact details: your email address, and your name if you give it.
Order details: the plans you buy, destination, order history and top-ups.
Business details (partners and business clients): business name, logo, website, country and contact person.
Messages: what you send us by email, WhatsApp or our support chat.
AI chats: the questions you ask SIMLIT AI.

Information collected automatically

Data eSIM details: the eSIM identifier (ICCID), activation status and data usage, so we can deliver and support your plan.
Device and usage data: browser, device type, IP address, approximate location (country or city), pages visited and errors.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We receive only limited details, such as the last four digits, card type, payment status and billing country.

03How we use your information

To deliver your data eSIM, QR code, top-ups and receipts.
To process payments, subscriptions, refunds and partner commissions.
To answer your questions and give support.
To run and improve SIMLIT AI and our website.
To prevent fraud, abuse and payments from restricted places.
To send service messages, such as order updates and renewal reminders.
To send marketing emails, only if you agree. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To follow the law, tax and accounting rules.

We share information only with trusted service providers who help us run SIMLIT, and only what they need:

Mobile network and data eSIM providers, to create and activate your data eSIM.
Stripe, for payments, subscriptions and partner payouts.
Cloud hosting and database providers, to store and run our services.
Email and messaging providers, to send your data eSIM, receipts and support replies.
AI model providers, to answer your questions in SIMLIT AI.
Analytics tools, to understand how our website is used.

If you bought through a SIMLIT partner, that partner may see basic order information, such as the plan and order status, so they can support you and receive commission. Partners do not see your payment details.

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our users or SIMLIT from fraud or harm, or as part of a business sale or merger.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

05SIMLIT AI chats

Your questions are sent to an AI model provider to create an answer.
We may review chats, without your contact details where possible, to improve answer quality and safety.
Please do not share passwords, card numbers, passport numbers or health information in AI chats.

06Cookies

We use cookies and similar tools to keep the website working, remember your preferences and measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the website may not work without them.

07How long we keep it

Order and payment records: as long as tax and accounting laws require, usually up to 7 years.
Support messages and AI chats: up to 2 years, unless we need them longer to solve a problem.
Marketing: until you unsubscribe.

When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it anonymous.

08Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls and trusted providers to protect your information. No system is 100% secure, but we work to keep your data safe and to act fast if something goes wrong.

09International transfers

SIMLIT is a U.S. company, and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. When we move information across borders, we use safeguards required by law, such as standard contractual clauses where they apply.

10Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may have the right to:

see the personal information we hold about you;
correct it;
delete it;
get a copy in a common format;
object to or limit some uses, including marketing;
withdraw consent at any time.

To use these rights, email support@simlit.app from the email address you used with us. We will reply within the time the law requires. We will not treat you differently for using your rights. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

11Children

SIMLIT is not made for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you think a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

12Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the date at the top of this page. If a change is important, we will tell you by email or on our website.
