Terms of Service
01About these Terms
These Terms are an agreement between you and SIMLIT LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, USA, at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("SIMLIT", "we", "us").
They apply to simlit.app, the SIMLIT app, SIMLIT AI and every product and service we offer. Some services have extra terms, for example partner plans. If extra terms apply, we show them before you pay.

- Partner and business plans that let businesses sell data eSIM under their own brand.
- Website and AI services for businesses.
- Cloud Shop and SIMLIT Lab products.
03Using SIMLIT
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
- Give us correct information, especially your email address. We send your data eSIM and receipts there.
- Keep your account, QR codes and activation details private. Anyone with your QR code may be able to install your data eSIM.
- We cannot provide services to people or places restricted by U.S. sanctions laws.
04Data eSIM
- Data only. Our data eSIM gives you mobile data. It does not include a phone number, voice calls or SMS, unless a plan clearly says so.
- Your device must support eSIM and must be carrier-unlocked. Please check your device before you buy. We are not responsible if your device is not compatible.
- Plan period. Each plan shows its data amount, coverage and validity. The validity period usually starts when the data eSIM first connects to a supported network in the destination, unless the plan says otherwise.
- Network service is provided by local mobile network partners. Speed and coverage can change by location, time, device and network conditions. We do not promise a specific speed.
- Fair use. Networks may slow down or limit data for heavy use or misuse, according to the plan.
- Unused data and unused time do not carry over after a plan ends, unless the plan says so.
- Some devices let you install a QR code only once. If you delete a data eSIM from your device, it may not be possible to reinstall it.
05Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD), unless shown otherwise. Your bank may add currency or foreign transaction fees.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. We show the price, the billing period and any trial before you pay.
- We may change prices. A change does not affect orders you already paid for.
06Refunds
Data eSIM
- Not installed: you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if the data eSIM has not been installed or activated.
- Technical problem: if the data eSIM was installed but does not work because of a problem on our side, and our support team cannot fix it, we will replace it or refund you.
- Not refundable: data eSIMs that were installed and used, partly used plans, plans that expired, or problems caused by an incompatible or locked device.
Subscriptions and business services
- Activation fees (for example the $1 Starter activation) are not refundable.
- You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not refund the remaining days of a period already paid.
- Setup fees and deposits for website, AI and white-label services are explained in each offer before you pay.
To ask for a refund, email support@simlit.app with your order email and order number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
07SIMLIT AI
- SIMLIT AI gives general travel help. Answers are created by AI and can be wrong or out of date.
- Please check important information, such as visas, entry rules, health, safety and transport, with official sources.
- SIMLIT AI does not give legal, medical, financial or immigration advice.
- Do not share passwords, card numbers or other sensitive information in AI chats.
08Partners and business plans
Partner plans (Starter, Brand and White-label) let businesses sell data eSIM through SIMLIT. When you join, these rules apply in addition to these Terms:
- Commission is calculated on SIMLIT's standard retail price. Brand partners may add a markup, within the limit shown on their plan. Partners may not sell below SIMLIT's published retail price.
- Commission is paid monthly through Stripe for eligible orders, after at least 30 days, once funds have cleared and your Stripe payout account is verified. Refunds and chargebacks can reduce or reverse commission.
- Each business can use the Starter offer only once.
- Partners must not make false claims about SIMLIT or data eSIM, send spam, or use SIMLIT's name in a misleading way.
- We may pause or close a partner account for fraud, misuse, or breaking these Terms.
- Existing partners keep the terms they agreed to, unless both sides agree to change them.
09Website and AI services
- Each project's scope, price, timeline and number of revisions are shown in the offer you accept.
- Work starts after the deposit is paid. The remaining balance is due before final delivery or launch.
- After full payment, you own the final website content made for you. SIMLIT keeps ownership of its own tools, templates and AI systems.
- You are responsible for the content, images and claims you give us to use.
10Cloud Shop
Cloud Shop sells limited-edition creations. Each product page shows its price, delivery details and return rules. Limited items may sell out and may not be restocked.
11Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use SIMLIT for anything illegal, fraudulent or harmful;
- resell data eSIM without a partner plan;
- try to hack, overload, copy or reverse-engineer our website, app or API;
- use stolen payment methods, or make false chargebacks.
We may suspend service if we see misuse, fraud or a risk to other users.
12Intellectual property
The SIMLIT name, logo, mascot, website, app, AI assistant and content belong to SIMLIT LLC. You may not copy or use them without our written permission, except as allowed by a partner plan.
13Liability
- We provide our services "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep them running, but we cannot promise they will always be available or free of errors.
- To the extent allowed by law, SIMLIT is not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits, missed flights or bookings, or lost data.
- To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
- Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer laws that cannot be excluded.
14Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Before any formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to solve the problem together. Consumer protection laws in your country may also apply.
15Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the date at the top of this page. If a change is important, we will let you know by email or on our website. If you keep using SIMLIT after a change, you accept the new Terms.
