WHICH PLAN IS FOR ME?
Every plan works across Morocco, including Taghazout, Agadir and Marrakech.
YOUR INSTALL GUIDE
Install at home on Wi-Fi before you fly, then switch it on when you land in Morocco. Your home SIM stays on for calls and texts.
Most phones from the last few years do: iPhone XS and newer, and many recent Samsung, Google Pixel and other models.
Quick check: dial *#06#. If you see an EID number, your phone supports eSIM.
Your phone must not be locked to one carrier.
Fastest way (iOS 17.4 and newer): open your SIMLIT email on your iPhone and tap Install eSIM, if the button is there. Otherwise, follow the steps below.
Can't scan? Choose Enter Details Manually and type the SM-DP+ Address and Activation Code from your email. Some phones ask for one full code starting with LPA:1$ instead.
Can't scan? Look for Enter code manually and type the activation code from your email.
iPhone: Settings › Cellular, then scroll to see usage for the SIMLIT line. Android: Settings › Network › Data usage. For your plan's remaining data and validity, open your order on simlit.app with Recover your eSIM.
Top up your existing SIMLIT eSIM on simlit.app. No new QR or installation needed. Or buy a new plan if you're heading somewhere else.
Most plans let you share data with a laptop or tablet. Turn on Personal Hotspot as usual. Your plan details in your email say if it's included.
Your home SIM stays on for calls and texts. WhatsApp and iMessage keep working with your usual number over SIMLIT data. Turn off data for your home SIM to avoid roaming charges from your carrier.
You can leave the SIMLIT eSIM on your phone and just switch it off. If you plan to top up for a future trip, keep it installed, because a deleted eSIM usually can't be reinstalled. Switch mobile data back to your home SIM when you're home.
Check that Data Roaming is on for the SIMLIT line and that SIMLIT is selected for mobile data. Then turn Airplane mode on and off, or restart your phone.
Make sure you're on Wi-Fi and your phone supports eSIM and isn't carrier-locked. Each QR code can usually be installed only once, so don't scan it on a second phone. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll help.

Give it a few minutes after landing. Then turn Airplane mode on and off. If it still shows No Service, go to your SIMLIT line's Network Selection, turn off Automatic and pick a local network from the list.
Usually not, it's set automatically. If you have signal but no data after trying the steps above, check your SIMLIT email for APN details, or message us and we'll help.
For most plans, the validity period starts when the eSIM first connects to a network at your destination, not when you install it. Your plan details are in your SIMLIT email.
No. Each eSIM can be installed on one phone only, usually once. Choose the phone you'll travel with.
Yes. Your home SIM stays in your phone for calls and texts. Keep in mind your home carrier may charge for calls or data on that line while abroad, so switch its data off.
