How do the AI and Brand Studio subscriptions work?
AI is $5.99/month and Brand Studio is $14.99/month. The selected monthly subscription begins at checkout and can be managed through the Partner Portal.
How does Premium billing work?
Premium is $199 setup at the founding partner price. The first 30 days are included, then the plan renews at $14.99/month from day 31.
Can I cancel by myself?
Yes. Cancel anytime through Stripe’s secure Billing Portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and your plan remains active through the current paid or included period. Your core store stays available on Free when the paid upgrade ends.
How is commission calculated?
Commission is calculated on SIMLIT’s standard retail price. Brand partners can add up to 20% markup on top, but never sell below SIMLIT’s price.
When can commission be paid?
Commission is paid monthly to your verified payout account for eligible orders older than 30 days, once payout setup is complete. Refunds and chargebacks can reverse commission.
Do I need a U.S. company or an existing Stripe account?
No. You don’t need a U.S. company or an existing Stripe account. Identity and payout setup are required before receiving commissions.
What happens after I choose Premium?
After the $199 setup payment, you complete a technical onboarding form and our team sets up your white-label store.
